Cutting Oil Rezilol 20N - 10l

REZILOL 20-N is an inactive cutting oil intended for the most demanding machining operations of high-alloy and carbon steels of medium to high strength.

This cutting oil is also suitable for processing non-ferrous metals. REZILOL 20-N is used for milling, threading, turning on automatic machines, thread rolling, drilling, etc.

20-N consists of high-quality refined mineral oil, high-performance chlorine-free EP additives, corrosion inhibitors and sauces.

It prevents the welding/sticking of cutt off chips with tools in the most demanding machining operations, while reducing friction, energy consumption and significantly extends the durability of tools. It enables faster processing and gives more beautiful treated surfaces.

REZILOL 20-N does not dissolve paint on machines, does not act aggressively on the skin, does not damage sealing and other elements on machine tools and does not cause corrosion. REZILOL 20-N does not contain chlorine, nitrites, phenol, PCBs and PCTs.
