Tips and Tricks:

• For best results try to lubricate knurling proces - sulfur based oil and emulsion it will cool down knurling wheels and take away particles which may affect knurling process - tool and workpiece.
  
• If knurling ribs aren't coincide all around workpiece we should adjust depth of the knurling (most of times we should go dipper).
• It is recommended to clamp knurling tool into the machine so that the center of the workpiece is at the same height as the center of the knurling tool.
• Suggestion for knurling speeds and feeds: diameter of workpiece 40mm, speed 400 rpm, feed 0,2-0,35mm/revolution
