REZILOL EXTRA BCL is an inactive oil intended for the most demanding machining operations of high-alloy and carbon steels of medium to high strength. It is also suitable for processing non-ferrous and light metals. REZILOL EXTRA BCL is used for milling, threading, turning on automatic machines, thread rolling, drilling, etc.

 REZILOL EXTRA BCL prevents welding/sticking of chips with tools in the most demanding machining operations, while reducing friction, energy consumption and significantly extends tool life. It enables faster processing and gives more beautiful treated surfaces.
REZILOL EXTRA BCL does not dissolve paint on machines, does not act aggressively on the skin, does not damage seals and other elements on machine tools and does not cause corrosion.
REZILOL EXTRA BCL consists of high-quality refined mineral oil, chlorine-free EP additives, corrosion inhibitors and dippers.
